Do I have to pay royalties on items produced with your molds?

No. There are no franchise agreements or royalties to pay when you purchase Southern Standard molds. We give our customers freedom. The molds become yours to use as much or as little as you see fit, but they are sold with the understanding that Southern Standard retains all rights for reproduction or copying of the molds themselves. We suggest how you use them, the kind of mix to make, etc., but we don't have any way to force you to meet certain standards. How you conduct your business is not controlled by us in any way. You are free to sell your items anywhere or to anyone you choose and at any price you see fit.
